QUALIFICATION
- Candidates should have passed Standard Xth / SSLC / equivalent examination but not passed Graduation. (as on 01.01.2022
- Knowledge in Computer Operations – Candidates should have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office and should have undergone at least a one-month (basic / foundation) training programme in MS Office.
- Preference will be given to the candidates holding a valid Driving Licence.
- Place of Domicile – The place of domicile of the candidate should be located within the same district of notified Branch / Office (OR) within 20 km from notified Branch / Office.
AGE LIMIT
- Age (as on 01.01.2022) – Candidates should not be, below 18 years of age & above 20 years. Candidates should be born in between 01.01.2002 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).
- Age Relaxation – The following categories are eligible for relaxation up to a maximum of 5 years in upper age limit. Such candidates should have been born in between 01.01.1997 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).1. Candidates who have worked in any of the Branches / Offices of Federal Bank as temporary Bankman / Driver.2. Candidates belonging to SC / ST category.
BASIC PAY AND OTHER EMOLUMENTS
Presently the starting Basic Pay (applicable to Bankman) is `14500-28145 in the scale of pay The selected candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time
LOCATION
Candidates selected shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank and is liable to be transferred to any of the Branches/Offices depending upon the administrative requirements.
SELECTION PROCESS
The recruitment process comprises of various stages, which includes Aptitude Test and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the selection stages based on the administrative requirements. The initial short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for Personal Interview, after short-listing as aforesaid.The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in each selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates.
SELECTION STAGES
a) Aptitude Test
Bank proposes to conduct the Aptitude Test at various centers across the country. The Aptitude Test will comprise of objective type multiple choice questions consisting of 4 sections as given below:
- The examination will be conducted online and the medium of the Aptitude Test will be English
- There will NOT be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates
b) Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted based on the Aptitude Test alone will be considered for Personal Interview. Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at various centres across the country at the discretion of the Bank

APPLICATION FEE
Application fees can be paid online only through the payment gateway, using a Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard), Credit Card, UPI or Internet Banking. On successful completion of the transaction through the payment gateway, an E-Receipt will be generated with the payment details.
