Executive Secretary to MD
Educational Qualification
Master’s in Business Administration (HR) from a reputed Institution with excellent Computer Skills
Experience
5+ years of proven work experience as an Executive Assistant/ Secretary or similar role assisting top leadership.Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects/ various areas of Project Engineering and Management in PSUs
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Preference shall be given to Candidates with experience in monitoring Infrastructure projects / Project Management Units.
- Experience in Govt. Sector/Public Sector Undertakings will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Outstanding organizational, Interpersonal and time Management skills
- Proficiency in various project management tools and in Project/Data Analysis.
- Analytical skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy.
- Ability to foster collaborative engagements with multiple stakeholders
