Educational Qualification
- Qualification: A Degree in any faculty from a recognised University or its equivalent.
- Equivalency Note: The qualifications declared by the Government as equivalent to the prescribed educational qualification through Executive Orders or Standing Orders, and the qualifications fixed by the Commission as equivalent, shall be accepted. Higher qualifications for which the specified qualification is recognized as its basic qualification shall also be accepted.

- Age Limit: 18-36 years.
- Birth Dates: Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.
