Only those candidates who have skills in stenography are eligible to apply.

Age Limit Details
Stenographer Grade „C‟: 18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2024, i.e., candidates born not before 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.20056are eligible to apply.(b) Stenographer Grade „D‟: 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.20 i.e., Candidates born not before 02.01.1994 and not later than 01.01.2004 are eligible to apply.
Relaxation in Upper age-limit: Relaxation in upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants is as given below:
- SC/ ST 5 years
- OBC 3 years
- PwD 10 years
- PwD+OBC 13 years
- PwD+SC/ ST 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM) 3 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date.

Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI ChallanWomen candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
