Age Limit :
Maximum 24 Yrs as on 30 April 2025.03 years relaxation will be given for BTC/ equivalent ICAO courses qualified candidates and 5 years relaxation will be given for candidates from Evictee Category and Ex-service man.
Qualification :
- 12th Pass with 50% marks or equal grade.
- For House evictee candidates only pass mark is required.
- Desirable Qualification: Basic Training Certificate/equivalent certificate based on ICAO syllabus in Airport Fire Fighting., Driving License: Valid Light Motor Vehicle License. Note: Candidates should able to obtain HMV License within one year of appointment.
- Height: Not less than 167 cms. (For candidates from evictee category height not less than 165 cms. Female candidates height not less than 162 cms)
- Chest: Normal 81cm across nipple with Minimum 5cm expansion (for male candidates)
- Weight: Not less than 55 Kg (for female candidates 45kg)
- Eyesight: Distance Vision – 6/6 at both eyes without glasses. Near Vision – N-5 in both eyes without glasses (Visual evaluation is for each eye individually).
- Colour Vision – should be normal as determined by Ischihara’s Charts
- Hearing and Speech: Normal.
- Disqualification: Physical deformity, chronic diseases, colour blindness, night blindness, squint eye, flat foot, bow legs, knocking knee and refractive error will be considered as disqualification. Must not have undergone major operation by virtue of which his physical fitness to work in fire service has been impaired. Should be capable of undergoing physical strain for prolonged periods.
