Qualification :
- Educational Qualifications Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification
- Must be at least 160 cms height and must be 81.3 cms round the chest on full expiration and must have a chest expansion of 5 cms.
- Must qualify in any five events out of the eight events of the National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test, as specified below.
(i) 100 Metres Run :14 seconds
(ii) High Jump :132.20cm
(iii) Long Jump :4.57 metres
(iv) Putting the shot (weight of the shot 7.2 Kg):6.09 metres
(v) Rope Climbing : 365.80cm
(vi) Throwing the throw ball :60 metres
(vii) Pull Up 8 times
(viii) 1500 Metres run : 5.44 Min
