filling up the post of Confidential Assistant to Managing Director at VISL on contract basis
Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- Post Name: Confidential Assistant to Managing Director
- Total Vacancies: 01
- Nature of Appointment: Contract/Outsourced basis via CMD, initially for a period of one year.
- Consolidated Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000/-
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (Standard Government relaxation applies: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: First Class Graduation with excellent proficiency in computer operations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Government/Semi-Government/PSU/reputed Private Institutions (preferably as a Confidential Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to top management).
- Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Shorthand, excellent verbal and written communication (English and Malayalam), strong organizing skills, and flexibility to travel or work extended hours.
