Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: A degree from a recognized university.
- Computer Proficiency: Typing speed of 35 words per minute on a computer and general computer knowledge.
- Age Limit (as of September 1, 2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- (Age relaxations are applicable as per rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and ex-servicemen categories).

Scheme of Examination
- Objective Type Test: 100 marks (covering English language, general aptitude, general knowledge, constitution, Supreme Court rules, computer knowledge, etc.)
- Typing Speed Test: 35 words per minute in English (50 marks)
- Descriptive Written Test: Comprehension, précis writing, and essay writing (100 marks)
- Interview: 25 marks
