- Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor (Pay Level 6): 127 vacancies
- Goods Train Manager (Pay Level 5): 2,750 vacancies
- Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist (Pay Level 5): 300 vacancies
- Senior Clerk Cum Typist (Pay Level 5): 371 vacancies
Eligibility & Age Limit
- Educational Qualification: A degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates awaiting final results on or before the closing date are not eligible.
- Age Limit (As on January 1, 2027): 18 to 33 years for general category posts, with upper age relaxations applicable for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, Ex-Servicemen, and other eligible categories as per government rules.
Examination Fee & Refund
- General/Other Candidates: Rs. 500 (Out of which Rs. 400 will be refunded after deducting bank charges upon appearing for the 1st Stage CBT).
- SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC): Rs. 250 (Fully refunded after deducting bank charges upon appearing for the 1st Stage CBT).
Selection Process
- 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): Common screening test consisting of 100 questions (Mathematics: 30, General Intelligence & Reasoning: 30, General Awareness: 40) for a duration of 90 minutes. There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong answer.
- 2nd Stage CBT: Shortlisting will be 15 times the community-wise vacancies based on the 1st Stage CBT normalized score. It consists of 120 questions (Mathematics: 35, General Intelligence & Reasoning: 35, General Awareness: 50) for 90 minutes.
- Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination: Shortlisting for DV will be at a 1:1 ratio based on merit. Note that the typing skill test for Senior Clerk and Junior Accounts Assistant has been dispensed with for this notification.
