POSTAL ASSISTANT AND SORTING ASSISTANT :
a ) The candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent
b ) The candidate will be required to furnish certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer Training Institute
c) Age Limit : Between 18-27 years( relaxable 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
d) Basic pay 25500-81100
POSTMAN :
a ) The candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent
b ) The candidate should have studied local language as a subject at least up to 10th standard
c )Postman shall acquire a driving licence to drive two wheeler or three wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle
d)Age Limit : Between 18-27 years( relaxable 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
e) Basic pay 21700-69100
MULTI TASKING STAFF ( MTS )
a ) 10th standard pass from a recognized Board .
b ) The candidate should have studied local language as a subject at least up to 10th standard
c)Age Limit : Between 18-27 years( relaxable 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)

PAYMENT OF FEE :
The candidate has to credit Rs.200 / – ( Rupees Two hundred only ) through online payment in the website under Fee payment option or in any of the Head Post Offices in India for crediting through GDS fee portal specifying ” Direct Recruitment of sports quota for Assam Circle by producing Registration Number . Woman candidates , transgender candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes ( SC ) and Scheduled Tribe ( ST ) are exempted frompayment of fees . Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances
