Job Specification
CDRSL is a continuously operating entity functioning round the clock in three shifts with shift timings, 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm & 10 pm to 6 am. The shift timings may also undergo changes in the future. Selected candidates shall be required to work on any shift as assigned by the Company. They may be posted on any duty/assignment as deemed fit by the Company and shall carry out the duties as assigned
Salary
Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000/- per month during the training period. One year of training for candidates with 0 experience (Less than 1 year experience). After successful completion of training, he/she will undergo probation. During the probation period a consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month will be offered.
Qualification Criteria:
Full time Management Masters Degree from a recognised University. Preferred specialisation in Retail/Marketing Management.and Aggregate marks in MBA to be 60% or more.
Experience:
0 to 4 years of Post Qualification Managerial experience in Retail / Sales from a leading organisation. Less than one-year experience will be considered as “zero” experience.
Age Limit :
Shall not exceed 28 years as on 24th January 2023
