ASAP Kerala, a Government of Kerala initiative, invites online applications for the empanelment of Skill Development Executive (SDE). Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply online through the official ASAP Kerala website by filling out the prescribed application form.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A regular degree from a recognized university.
- Age Group: 21 – 45 years.
- Salary Hourly Basis – Rs 500 per hour

- Strong mentoring abilities and a passion for fostering learner growth.
Mode of Selection:
The recruitment process will consist of three levels:
- First Level: Written Test (Online or Offline) and Interview
- Second Level: Training of Trainers (ToT) for qualified candidates
- Third Level: Final Interview

Candidates who have completed the ASAP Communicative English Trainer (CET) course are exempt from the fee and can directly proceed to the ToT process.
