Position Overview
- Post Name: Receptionist (on contract).
- Gender Requirement: Female.

- Monthly Remuneration: ₹27,800 (This includes ₹3,500 for accommodation support and ₹300 for telephone allowance).
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation, with a preference for B.Com, BBA, or BA holders.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in reception or front-office operations. Experience in reputed educational institutions, large corporate offices, or major training centers is preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules).
- Language Skills: Must have excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malayalam. Functional proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and email handling; the candidate should be tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, faculty, and students.
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor registers and coordinate with the security team.
- Provide logistical and administrative support during training programs, seminars, and interviews.
