- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership/management role. (Preference given to SC category candidates, with priority to Vedan, Nayadi, Kalladi, and Chakkilian communities).
- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000

Coordinators (State Level)
- Vacancies: 2 (Open only for SC candidates)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Development, Public Administration, Rural Development, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Mandatory Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in coordinating and monitoring government/development programmes.
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 35 years
District Coordinators
- Vacancies: 7 (Open only for SC candidates)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Development, Arts, Commerce, Management, or any discipline.
- Mandatory Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in field-level implementation, community mobilisation, and reporting.
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 30 years
