NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) is recruiting for Middle Level and Junior Level Consultants to handle Tribal Development Projects across various states in India.
Vacancy Details & Locations
- There are 10 total vacancies (5 for Middle Level and 5 for Junior Level). Candidates can apply for only one state at a time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must meet the following age and educational requirements as of the application date:
- Middle Level Consultant: * Age: 24 – 61 years.
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Agriculture or allied subjects (Horticulture, Forestry, Agri. Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary/Animal Science).
- Experience: 1–4 years in Natural Resource Management (NRM), financing, or agri-marketing projects.
Junior Level Consultant:
- Age: 24 – 50 years. .
- Education: Graduate from any recognized university.
- Experience: 1–2 years in NRM, financing, or agri-marketing projects.
- Other: Must be physically fit for rugged site travel and proficient in the state language.
Remuneration & Benefits - The monthly consolidated remuneration is as follows:
- Middle Level: ₹60,000 per month.
- Junior Level: ₹40,000 per month.
- Annual Increment: 5% after one year of satisfactory service.
- Additional Monthly/Annual Allowances:
- Lunch Allowance: ₹1,500 per month.
- Mobile Expenses: ₹500 per month.
- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 (Middle Level) or ₹4,000 (Junior Level) per month.
- Insurance: ₹8,000 per year for comprehensive medical insurance.
Key Responsibilities - Middle Level: Desk and field monitoring of projects, tracking physical and financial targets, coordinating with line departments, and preparing project reports (DPRs).
- Junior Level: Ground-level monitoring, visiting project sites (“Wadis”), collecting data using mobile apps (Saral survey app), and digitizing project data.

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (in-person or virtual) and may be tested on MS Office proficiency.
