All candidates must be physically fit and possess the following minimum physical standards:-
(a) (i) Height : Must not be less than 160 cm.
(ii) Chest : Must not be less than 76 cm round the chest with a minimum expansion of 5 cm

- Throwing the cricket ball 6096 cm
- Rope climbing (using hands only) 365.80 cm
- Pull up or chinning 8 times
- 1500 meters run 5 minutes & 44 seconds.
