Housekeeping Staffs

  • SSLC or equivalent qualification
  • Must have passed Craft Certificate Course in Hotel Accommodation Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala or Diploma or PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under Union Ministry of Tourism.
  • 6 months work experience in housekeeping in hotels of 2 star classification or above

Waiters

  • Must have passed Pre Degree / 10+2.
  • Must have passed one year Food & Beverages Service Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala.  Or should have passed one year Diploma in Food & Beverages Service from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under Union Ministry of Tourism.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Waiter/Butler/Captain in hotels of 2 star classification or above

Kitchen Matty

  • SSLC or equivalent qualification
  • One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala or Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under Union Ministry of Tourism or One year Diploma in Cookery/ Food Production from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under Union Ministry of Tourism
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Cook/ Assistant Cook in hotels of 2 star classification or above.

Cook

  • SSLC or equivalent qualification
  • One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Cook Assistant Cook in hotels of 2 star classification or above.
