Age & Eligibility
- Age Limit: 18–40 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible, with usual age relaxations for SC, ST, and Other Backward Communities.
Essential Qualifications:
- A pass in SSLC or its equivalent examination, OR a pass in the educational test of the Indian Navy.
- Must possess Survey Recorder Class II qualification of the Hydrographic Survey Branch of the Indian Navy OR a Diploma in Civil Engineering issued by the Government of Kerala or any recognized Board of Public Examination.
- Preferential: Experience in a reputed drawing office, preferably connected with Chart Drawing (issued by competent authorities like the Indian Navy, Kerala Hydrographic Survey Wing, Ministry of Transport, major ports, etc.).
- Note: Experience is not insisted upon for SC/ST candidates at the time of selection.
