Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent qualification.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License with a badge.
- Language Proficiency: Basic ability to read and write in both Malayalam and English.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building skills, basic knowledge of billing/accounting, and the ability to work flexible hours under field conditions.
- Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience working in driving, sales, or both fields.
- Previous experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food product sales is considered an added advantage.
- Age Limit Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: A consolidated pay of ₹21,070/- per month (in accordance with G.O(P) No.54/2025/Fin dated 19.04.2025).
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives are available depending on sales volume.
