- Education: Graduation in any discipline plus a full-time MBA specializing in Marketing.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in marketing dairy, food, or FMCG products at a reputed firm.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Age Limit: Between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026.
- Age Relaxations: SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year relaxation, and OBC/Ex-Servicemen receive a 3-year relaxation.
- Restrictions: Individuals who have previously worked for more than 2 years as a Junior Assistant in any TRCMPU unit are ineligible.
- Restrictions: Individuals who have previously worked as a Marketing Organizer in any TRCMPU unit are also ineligible.
