Position Details and Eligibility
There are a total of 104 vacancies across four positions. All candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
AVP II – Group Head
- Vacancies: 4.
- Age: 31 to 45 years.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing sales in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Investments. Must have managed a large team at the Regional Level for at least 5 years.
2. AVP II – Territory Head
- Vacancies: 17.
- Age: 27 to 40 years.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead.
3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager
- Vacancies: 70.
- Age: 24 to 35 years.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with banks, broking firms, or asset management companies.
4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)

Nature of Employment and Remuneration
- Contract Term: Initial period of 5 years, renewable for another 5 years based on performance and bank discretion.
- Maximum Age Limit: Engagement is valid until 60 years of age or the end of the contract term, whichever is earlier.
- Remuneration: Offered based on qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
