​Position Details and Eligibility

​There are a total of 104 vacancies across four positions. All candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.

AVP II – Group Head
  • Vacancies: 4.
  • Age: 31 to 45 years.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing sales in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Investments. Must have managed a large team at the Regional Level for at least 5 years.
​2. AVP II – Territory Head
  • Vacancies: 17.
  • Age: 27 to 40 years.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead.
​3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager
  • Vacancies: 70.
  • Age: 24 to 35 years.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with banks, broking firms, or asset management companies.
​4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)
  • Vacancies: 13.
  • Age: 24 to 45 years.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager or Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management with deep knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
Nature of Employment and Remuneration
  • Contract Term: Initial period of 5 years, renewable for another 5 years based on performance and bank discretion.
  • Maximum Age Limit: Engagement is valid until 60 years of age or the end of the contract term, whichever is earlier.
  • Remuneration: Offered based on qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
  • Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.

  • UR, EWS, and OBC candidates: Rs. 850/- (plus GST and gateway charges).
  • SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates: Rs. 175/- (plus GST and gateway charges).
​Selection Process

​The selection may include the following stages:

  1. Application Scrutiny: Initial screening of applications.
  2. Online Test/Psychometric Test: Used to assess personality, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Personal Interview (PI): Minimum qualifying marks are 60% for General/UR and 55% for Reserved categories.
Important Requirements
  • Credit History: A minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above is required at the time of joining. Defaulters are ineligible.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 10–15 years for PWD candidates.
  • Document Uploads: Candidates must upload a Resume, DOB proof, educational certificates, experience letters, and a passport-style color photograph (200\times230 pixels).
  • Signature: Must be on white paper with a black ink pen (140\times60 pixels); capital letters are not accepted.
