RITES recruitment for Computer Science and IT professionals:uThe recruitment is for regular positions as an Assistant Manager across three specialized areas.
- Total Posts: There are 5 vacancies in total:
- Network & Security: 2 posts.
- Programming: 2 posts.
- Data Centre: 1 post.
- Age Limit: The maximum age is 32 years as of April 27, 2026.
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in their respective fields.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics is required. Candidates from the UR/EWS category must have at least 60% marks (50% for reserved categories).
Selection Process
The selection is based on a mix of written evaluation and personal assessment.
- Written Test (60% Weightage): Consists of 125 objective-type questions with no negative marking.
- Interview (40% Weightage): Includes technical proficiency (30 marks) and personality/communication (10 marks).
- Locations: The written test will be held in Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, and Guwahati.
Remuneration
- Pay Scale: INR 40,000 to 1,40,000.
- Total CTC: The approximate annual CTC at the minimum of the pay scale is INR 16.01 Lacs.
- Benefits: Includes DA, HRA, performance-related pay, medical facilities, and a superannuation package.
