- Training Period & Stipend: A consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,200/- per month will be paid during the 1-year training period.
- Pay Scale (Post-Absorption): Absorbed in W-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 22,000 – 88,000/- (approximate CTC is Rs. 6.5 lakhs per annum).
Educational & Experience Qualifications
- Tradesman Trainee (Fitter): ITI/NAC in Fitter trade along with 2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed industrial establishment.
- Tradesman Trainee (Electrician): ITI/NAC in Electrician trade, valid statutory license, and 2 years of experience.
- Tradesman Trainee (Instrumentation): ITI/NAC in Instrumentation trade along with 2 years of experience.
- Tradesman Trainee (AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant): ITI/NAC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) OR +2 Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) with Chemistry as a subject and 50% aggregate marks, plus 2 years of experience in the operation of chemical and allied process industry.
