Age Limit (As on 07.09.2026)

• ​Manager: Maximum 32 years
• ​Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years
• ​Age Relaxation: ​5 years for SC/ST ​3 years for OBC (NCL) ​10 years for PwBD candidates

Educational Qualification & Experience

• ​Manager: Degree in relevant engineering field / MBA / CA / Law with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the respective field.
• ​Junior Executive: Degree in relevant engineering field / MBA / CA / Law. No work experience required (Nil).
  ​

Pay Scale & Remuneration

• ​Manager (Group-A: E-3 level): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (Approximate CTC: ₹21 Lakhs per annum)
• ​Junior Executive (Group-B: E-1 level): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approximate CTC: ₹14 Lakhs per annum)

Selection Process

• ​Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type examination.
• ​Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• ​Subsequent Rounds: Application Verification and Interview (where applicable).
• (Note: Manager Fire Services involves Physical Measurement, Endurance, and Driving Tests prior to the interview).

• ​General / OBC / EWS: ₹1,000
• ​SC / ST / PwBD / Women / AAI Apprentices: Exempted (No fee)
