- Salary (Stipend during training):
- Diploma Trainee/Junior Officer: ₹24,000 to ₹1,08,000 range (Stipend: ₹24,000; Scale upon regularization: ₹25,000–₹1,17,500).
- Junior Technician: ₹21,000 to ₹72,000 range (Stipend: ₹21,000; Scale upon regularization: ₹21,500–₹74,000).
- Higher Qualification Bar: Candidates with higher technical qualifications like B.E. / B.Tech are not eligible for Diploma Trainee posts unless they also possess the required Diploma.
